Our Fabric
Our Regentex
fabric
Our Regentex fabric is bought in the UK from The British Millerain Company. The first fabric of its kind developed initially for the UK market, available in a range of weights from 8oz to 24oz base cloth. Regentex is a 52% / 48% PES and cotton blended fabric, exclusively woven to give a high strength to low weight ratio. All canvas is treated for FWR (fire, water and rot) to BS standards (to be added to)
Woven in ripstop or plain weave, the cotton content ensures breathability whilst the polyester content gives the fabric strength. All the insulation in our yurts is made using recycled woollen fibres.

From standard yurt and tent servicing to repairs, refurbishing and salvage projects.
We repair tents and marquees of all sizes as well as making replacement elements from damaged yurts and the like.
A recent project was to salvage a badly fire damaged yurt. We created new elements to match with the existing framework, liner, insulation and canvas.
An entire section of the yurt had actually been burned away. We took great pleasure in restoring the yurt to its former glory.
